    Along with this, we start necessary procedures and detail meetings with the related agencies or parties.

    Engage in prior consultation with administrative institution and begin procedure of application for building confirmation
    Make a drawing of detail design
    Preparation of building budget

    Explanation regarding content of the design and discussion about the construction works
    Confirmation of the draft for construction works

(hereinafter referred to as D.C.O.N) is a Cambodian Owned Construction Company registered locally under the prevailing laws of the Royal Cambodian Government, which intent to cater for the growing opportunity in the construction industry in the country.
D.C.O.N derived from a small group of experienced people created by Senior Technician, since 2011. This group started to construct several residential houses in Phnom Penh. Then, the services expand to Sihanouk Ville, Kampot and Siem Reap for the construction of Residential villas, Commercial flat house, Office building, Garment factory building and Shopping Mall,In 2015, the group registered to the government under the name “D.C.O.N Development & Import Export Co., Ltd.”.
The company aims to be a part of the development of this country by rendering services in the scope of Quality, Economy and Esthetic. Which mean, the company’s intention is to execute any job in a reasonable cost with high acceptability of workmanship by adopting international accepted standard/codes and construction methods as well as its timely completion.
