Architecture
D.C.O.N employs many architects on its staff, working alongside specialists inbuilding design and engineering. Architectural services that D.C.O.N offers fall into two distinct categories: lead architectural and engineering services and technical specialist architecture for particular building types like Civil Building, Interior, Landscape, Urban Studies and Designs.
Civil Engineering
D.C.O.N has a wealth of experience of a vast range of civil engineering projects across the country. Civil engineering is a core skill in the planning, design, management and delivery of many infrastructure and urban regeneration projects. The ability to design buildings to be stable, strong, stiff and durable under all their imposed conditions while using materials economically is the essence of the D.C.O.N’s priority.
Site Engineering/Supervision
The principal objective is to ensure and strengthen the Technical Quality and Timeliness of the construction projects. The Construction Engineers/Supervisors will be carried out through deputation of the D.C.O.N most qualified engineers under the responsibility of the Firm.
The D.C.O.N’s site engineers/supervisors help planning, implement, supervise and monitor the construction work to which they are specifically allocated.
Topography & Land Survey
Prior to planning, design and constructions, the first step in every study is to prepare an accurate Map of the area by conducting Topographic Survey. D.C.O.N provides topographic surveying indicating the grade, slope, and terrain features of the project location for land planning, engineering, designing and construction purposes.
Geotechnical Investigation
D.C.O.N’s specialist engineers in the geotechnical groups are skilled in the necessary science and technology of providing the underground soil condition and designing structures, including the use of soil as a construction material, and have provided independent advice and expertise to clients for almost 10 years.
M & E Engineering
D.C.O.N offers an extensive range of M & E engineering, design and consultancyservices and skills, covering all aspects of the built environment.
